We bought this alongside our usual salted cultured butter for something different. We added it to steamed greens with our steak and were transported! My goodness. Try this butter you will love it 😀
This butter has a unique taste. Apart from the good taste of culture the black garlic add an umami taste. You can just eat it on its own with a nice crusty bread

Such a fantastic product, an old school,recipe brought back to life by a small family owned business in ocean grove, I love the fact that it’s 100% Australian owned and run. This product (2kg Wheel) works out about the same as buying normal ( crappy) butter, and has more beneficial additives than yagoult. I will continue to buy from a local “Australian owned and run “ business than some supermarket, that claims it’s butter is good for you when they are clearly taking the milk solids for cheese and the rest winds up as horrid milk.
