Shelf life - 3 months in the fridge. This date indicates peak flavour and quality, rather than an expiry date. Keep refrigerated and follow the storage advice on the pack.
12 months when frozen. Keep refrigerated at or below 4C.

For non-refrigerated items, including books and accessories, shipping is available at a subsidised flat rate of $9.95.
All butters and other cold chain items are sent via refrigerated delivery where available, or Australia Post Express Post, at a flat rate of $22 Australia-wide.
Free shipping is available for orders over $150.
Every order is carefully packed with insulated packaging and slow-melting ice packs. Please make sure someone is available to receive your order, or provide a suitable place for it to be left, and refrigerate immediately on arrival.
More perishable products, including milk and cream, can only travel shorter distances to stay safely chilled and are restricted to selected delivery areas.
