Discovered this delicious, versatile butter at the Good Food & Wine show a couple of years ago and delighted that I can now order it (and the other fabulous Lard Ass butters) on line. All the flavours I've tried are excellent on meat, fish, chicken and vegetables so I'll certainly be ordering more of everything!

I got the Smoky pomodoro butter as part of the combo and man, why didn't I try this sooner?!

It goes well with everything I like to eat: crackers, cheese (I like to pair with a soft one or in a grilled cheese sandwich). It's perfect on fresh bread, in savoury muffins (try it!) , soup, stirred through pasta/risotto, drizzled on prawns etc. If you haven't tried flavoured butter - THIS IS IT!

We purchased a sample pack from a local market about 6 months ago and it sat in the bottom of the fridge until recently. We tried it some sourdough bread I’d made and it was so good. We immediately decided to purchase larger quantities on the Lardass website and it arrived promptly and well packed including an ice pack. Forget western star and give your taste buds a a blast with these beautiful butters!!

Such a versatile butter. We have this on toast and steamed veggies. No smell, rich and full of flavour

I purchased this one at the "little food market" and let me tell you, this is my favorite purchase of the day. I do however believe it should be illegal to sell it in such small batches, it's addictive! AMAZING, Great work guys!
