Like the popular cult band Red Hot Chilli Peppers, our Chilli Lime cultured butter is all that and more. With two peppers added for flavour and natural colour – Aleppo, and Red Capsicum – both are combined and folded into our slow-churned cultured butter to develop a beautiful, deep red colour with buttery notes and a gorgeous chilli warmth and flavour topped off with the citrusy tang of fresh lime. Perfect melted over vegetables, ideal with chicken, folded through pasta, or complementing your favourite steak. Heat factor – mild.

Storage and best-before information
Keep refrigerated at or below 4°C. Best enjoyed within three months, as shown by the best-before date on the pack. This is a quality date, not an expiry date. Butter can also be frozen for up to 12 months.

For non-refrigerated items, including books and accessories, shipping is available at a subsidised flat rate of $9.95.
All butters and other cold chain items are sent via refrigerated delivery where available, or Australia Post Express Post, at a flat rate of $22 Australia-wide.
Free shipping is available for orders over $150.
Every order is carefully packed with insulated packaging and slow-melting ice packs. Please make sure someone is available to receive your order, or provide a suitable place for it to be left, and refrigerate immediately on arrival.
More perishable products, including milk and cream, can only travel shorter distances to stay safely chilled and are restricted to selected delivery areas.
