This is our signature favourite when it comes to our cultured butter products.
Cultured salted butter is great to have with everything!
Our salted, creamy, buttery delight is made using fresh cream from grass-fed cows of Western Victoria, bringing out a hearty, buttery taste with a delicate tang derived from naturally fermented cream. Have it on toast with your favourite spread, use it with your fried eggs, melt it over your steamed vegetables or bake extraordinary cakes and biscuits.
Storage and best-before information
Keep refrigerated at or below 4°C. Best enjoyed within three months, as shown by the best-before date on the pack. This is a quality date, not an expiry date. Butter can also be frozen for up to 12 months.
Shipping
From our churn to your kitchen, we send Lard Ass goodness across Australia.
For non-refrigerated items, including books and accessories, shipping is available at a subsidised flat rate of $9.95.
All butters and other cold chain items are sent via refrigerated delivery where available, or Australia Post Express Post, at a flat rate of $22 Australia-wide.
Free shipping is available for orders over $150.
Every order is carefully packed with insulated packaging and slow-melting ice packs. Please make sure someone is available to receive your order, or provide a suitable place for it to be left, and refrigerate immediately on arrival.
More perishable products, including milk and cream, can only travel shorter distances to stay safely chilled and are restricted to selected delivery areas.
