How to use a Butter Bell?
Simply pack the bell lid with butter, ensuring there are no air pockets. Then fill the base with a little cold water, covering the bottom of the bell. Do not overfill; otherwise, the water will spill when you put the lid into the base. There only needs to be enough water to touch the butter. Then, place the lid into the base.
