The Lavandou model can be washed by hand only, avoiding abrasive sponges.
If small marks appear on the knife blades, they will be easily removed with a soft cloth and/or white vinegar.
The handle is made of real Olive Wood which is a very resistant wood. To maintain the shine of the wood, we advise you to nourish it regularly with olive or linseed oil. It is also recommended not to let your cutlery soak.
Also avoid prolonged contact with staining foods (coffee, tea, tomato sauce, etc.).
