Our salted, creamy, buttery delight is made using fresh cream from grass-fed cows of Western Victoria, bringing out a hearty, buttery taste with a delicate tang derived from naturally fermented cream. Have it on toast with your favourite spread, use it with your fried eggs, melt it over your steamed vegetables or bake extraordinary cakes and biscuits.
Shelf life - 3 months in the fridge. 12 months when frozen. Keep refrigerated at or below 4C.

From our churn to your kitchen, we send Lard Ass goodness across Australia, using refrigerated
delivery where available or Australia Post Express Post.
Every order is carefully packed with insulated packaging and slow-melt ice packs. Please
make sure someone is available to receive your order or provide a suitable
place for it to be left, and refrigerate immediately on arrival.
More perishable products, including milk and cream, can only travel shorter distances to stay
safely chilled and are restricted to selected delivery areas.
