What is a Butter Bell?
A butter bell is designed to keep your cultured butter fresh and spreadable without refrigeration.
How to use a Butter Bell?
Simply pack the bell lid with butter, ensuring there are no air pockets. Then fill the base with a little cold water, covering the bottom of the bell. Do not overfill; otherwise, the water will spill when you put the lid into the base. There only needs to be enough water to touch the butter. Then, place the lid into the base. The water creates an airtight seal, keeping your butter soft, fresh, and ready to serve.
